Pretty straight forward process. First a recruiter followed by a design test. From there, a phone interview and onsite all-day interview. Overall, it felt fairly through with them trying very hard to vet me both technically and as a cultural fit. The onsite was all day and featured both a large number and large variety of employees; from that site, it was pretty intensive.
